Il trattamento<\/a> pi\u00f9 comune \u00e8 stato finora la rimozione chirurgica delle vene patologicamente alterate<\/strong> mediante “crossectomia e stripping”<\/strong>. Viene praticata un’incisione all’inguine e le vene vengono sezionate. La vena interessata viene infilata con l’aiuto di un filo e rimossa dal tessuto. Questo metodo molto invasivo \u00e8 oggi necessario solo molto raramente<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Fino a poco tempo f\u00e0 il metodo di trattamento principale nella terapia delle vene varicose consisteva nell\u2019intervento di stripping. Con questa tecnica si asporta la grande safena oppure la piccola safena estraendole con l\u2019ausilio di un cavetto metallico flessibile oppure rigido. L\u2019asportazione della vena e quindi l\u2019eliminazione del reflusso venoso porta a un migliore ritorno di sangue al cuore tramite i vasi restanti. Ci\u00f2 migliora la microcircolazione tessutale.<\/p>\n

Svolgimento<\/h2>\n

L\u2019intervento chirurgico \u00e8 normalmente svolto in regime di degenza ospedaliera e si effettua in anestesia spinale oppure in anestesia generale. I nostri interventi sono svolti alla Clinica Hirslanden<\/strong>, Witellikerstrasse 40, Zurigo.<\/p>\n

Stripping della grande safena<\/h3>\n

Dopo un\u2019incisione inguinale di ca. 2cm si espone le grande safena (VSM), i vasi tributari vengono legati e recisi. Quindi si procede alla legatura della grande safena stessa alla sua radice. A questo punto si introduce uno stripper all\u2018interno del vaso fino alla caviglia oppure fino al ginocchio. Successivamente si estrae il vaso attraverso una seconda incisione e si asporta la vena. Dopodich\u00e8 si procede alla miniflebectomia delle varici sottocutanee. Alla fine dell\u2019intervento si suturano le incisioni maggiori con del filo riassorbibile.<\/p>\n

Postoperatorio<\/h2>\n

Nel decorso postoperatorio si devono portare calze comprimenti per supperrgi\u00f9 1 settimana in modo da evitare ematomi.<\/p>\n

Rischi ed effetti collaterali<\/h2>\n

I rischi pi\u00f9 frequenti di questo intervento sono la formazione di ematomi e la lesione di nervi cutanei che comportano un deficit di sensibilit\u00e0 nell\u2019area interessata. Normalmente gli ematomi scompaiono nel giro di poche settimane mentre la mancanza di sensibilit\u00e0 pu\u00f2 durare diversi mesi oppure persistere in maniera definitiva.<\/p>\n
